Focused Chakra Healing Session

Once we've identified an energy center that's asking for deeper attention, this focused session gives us the space to explore it more fully. This session is designed to follow your Intuitive Body & Chakra Scan. During that initial assessment, we look at your overall energy, aura, and seven major chakras to identify the areas and themes that may be most connected to what you're currently experiencing. The 7 Chakras & Their Core Themes 🔴 Root — Safety, stability, belonging, & shadow work 🟠 Sacral — Emotions, pleasure, creativity, ancestral, & inner child healing 🟡 Solar Plexus — Identity, confidence, personal power, Nervous system patterns 💚 Heart — Love, connection, compassion, greif 🔵 Throat — Expression, communication, authenticity & action 🟣 Third Eye — Intuition, perception, inner knowing, & mental patterns ⚪ Crown — Spiritual connection, meaning & purpose From your assessment, we identify the energy center and themes that may be asking for deeper attention. We then focus this session on that specific area. During the session, we slow down and explore what may be underneath the patterns you're experiencing. Through intuitive guidance, energetic healing, and compassionate exploration, I share what I'm sensing and help you bring these themes into greater awareness. This is more focused and intentional than a full-body energy assessment. Rather than scanning the entire system, we dedicate the session to one area so there is more space to explore, work with, and integrate what comes up.
